Turpin rentals, we're different

At Turpin Rentals we sincerely believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe, clean and comfortable home.  We believe we have an obligation to our community to ensure every home and apartment we provide is a place anyone would be proud to live.  

We ask all prospective community members over 18 years of age to apply online.  There is a $25 application fee per adult applicant.  Turpin will verify employment, income and prior rental history.  We will consider all applicants but not all applicants will be offered a lease.  In the event a unit is rented to another applicant before tenant screening is complete, your application fee will be 100% refunded.
